When does the Black Friday Promotion start?

Our official Black Friday event starts on Friday, 25th November at 8.00am (CET).

 

When does the Black Friday promotion end? 

Our official Black Friday event ends on Thursday, 1st December at 11:59pm (CET).

What items are on sale? 

The code can be applied to everything apart from the following products: constanzia, acis, charis, manu (in black, corazon, mulberry), orion, acheron, aello and filippa.

 

Why have I only received a partial shipping confirmation? 

We store our products in 2 locations, the warehouse and my own studio. This means that your order shipment could be split and your order confirmation sent according to the date of each package being shipped.

 

Why have I only received a partial part of my order? 

We are splitting products between the warehouse and my studio. This could mean that your order is shipped from 2 different locations. The warehouse will be picking and packing as usual. However, I may take a little longer to pack your orders since I can only pack orders 2 days a week.

 

Why has my order not been shipped out yet?

We are working on sending out your orders as soon as possible. However, due to the volume of orders we receive over  Black Friday promotion, your orders may take between 1 - 7 days to ship out depending on the location. 

 

Is an out of stock product coming back? 

The quickest way to find out if an out of stock item is coming back is by using the ‘Email me when available’ field on the product page to be notified as soon as it’s available. You’ll receive an automated email as soon as more stock becomes available.

 

Can I use another promo code on items discounted on Black Friday? 

Multiple promo codes cannot be used during our Black Friday promotion.

 

What is the Black Friday promo code?

The items will automatically be 20% discounted at checkout. 

 

Can I return items bought using the Black Friday promotion?

Yes, in exchange for store credit. To return, please write an email to orders@essentialsforzula.com with your order number and reason for your return. Full-priced items can always be returned for a full refund as long as the garments remain, unworn, unwashed and with all tags. Please do not return the items without authorisation. In this case, store credit will not be issued.

 

When is the return deadline? 

We have extended the return period until the 6th of January 2023. Any requests to return after this deadline will not be accepted.
