Shopping from a Non-EU country?

All our online prices include VAT already, however if the customer resides outside of the EU, VAT prices will be deducted at the checkout cart. 

 

How much is shipping and how long will it take?

Delivery Times

Please be aware that the specified delivery times will exclude the time taken to pick and pack your order. In high seasons, the processing time may be slower. In addition delivery times are controlled by the courier companies that we work with. The duration we display in the table below should be used as a guideline only.

Delivery of goods outside the European Union may incur import duties (customs and VAT).

We are not responsible for duty and taxes that may be incurred overseas.

While we do everything we can to ensure safe delivery of your item(s), please note that we are not liable for any lost/delayed packages. 

 

Out of stock?

To prevent overproduction and waste, we produce our items in small batches at a time. For this reason, items can become out of stock fairly quickly in the high season. Please be aware that we produce all our garments ethically, by hand, in our small, family-run factory, we try avoiding unnecessary pressure on our seamstresses so that they have a healthy working environment, this means that restocking can take some time. If the items that you would like are sold out, please sign up for a "back in stock" notification on the product page or email us at orders@essentialsforzula.com to be added to our waitlist. You will be emailed when your item is back in stock. 

 

Can I track the delivery of my order?

Yes, you can track your order. Your tracking number will be embedded in your shipping confirmation email. 

 

Will I have to pay any additional tax & import duty?

Our products are dispatched from the EU. Any orders made within the EU will not incur any tax or import duty.

Any orders made outside of the EU will be subject to tax and import duties. Please be aware that the customer will be responsible for these payments. Payment of the above is necessary to release your package from customs on arrival. Payment will not be refunded for any shipments that are refused or abandoned by you. 

If you are unsure of the charges please contact your local customs authority or your local post office before placing an order. Below are some useful links and information about taxes and import duties:

  • Switzerland: Packages are not subject to VAT charges up to a certain threshold of 300 CHF. Import duties are charged by weight, whilst most other countries collect their customs duties on a value basis. More information can be found here
  • Australia: Packages are generally not subject to customs or duties (up to 1000 AUD) More information can be found here
  • USA: Packages are not subject to customs or duties until a certain threshold (up to approx. $800+). More information here.

What is the return policy?

EU Customers

Purchases must be returned to us within 14 days from receipt of the delivery. Return shipping is at the expense of the customerWe will accept your return of unworn, unwashed, unaltered garments. Exercise caution when trying on the garments, for sanitary reasons, try on the swimwear bottoms over your underwear.

You can start the return by accessing our return portal here to receive the RMA number, after that, download the form here and fill in all information (including the RMA number received by email), include the form inside the package. As soon as we receive the return, we will process your refund as quickly as possible. Please do not return items to us without authorisation through our return portal. The package will be sent back to you. 

  • We do not accept returns on items discounted above 11%. We only offer store credit
  • For items discounted above 20%, sales are final, we do not accept returns and do not offer store credit. If an item is returned to us, we will not send it back, if you're unsure please email us at orders@essentialsforzula.com
  • We do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned apart from faulty items 
  • We do not accept returns on our 'Cosy Socks' it is wrapped in paper and cannot be resold once opened

 

Non-EU customers

Start the return:

1. Access our return portal here to receive the RMA number

2. Print and fill the form here (including the RMA number received by email) and put the form inside the package

3. Write somewhere clearly outside the package "RETURN" and hand the "zollformular" to your local post (printed paper inside the package)

4. Send your postal receipt to orders@essentialsforzula.com

5. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your refund as soon as possible

Please do not return items to us without authorisation through our return portal. The package will be sent back to you.

Can I exchange my item(s)?

Unfortunately not. Please return the garment and place a new order. 

 

What is a pre-order item? Can I cancel my pre-order?

A pre-order item is made-to-order just for you.  Once you have made your order, you cannot cancel the pre-order.
