When does the Holiday Bundle Promo start?

8th November at 8.00am (CET).


What items are part of the Holiday Bundle? 

All our bralettes, base layers, and cosy socks.


Why have I only received a partial shipping confirmation? 

We're in the middle of changing warehouses, for this reason our items are stored at 2 locations, be aware items might be shipped and fulfilled at different times, but we will do our best to send it out within 4 days. 


Is a sold out item coming back? 

The quickest way to find out if an out of stock item is coming back is by using the ‘Email me when available’ field on the product page to be notified as soon as it’s available. However, please be aware that we're making room for new items next year, we're not planning on restocking many items so get them whilst stocks still last.


Can I use another promo code? 

Multiple promo codes cannot be used.


What is the Holiday Bundle promo code?

Discounted items will be automatically calculated at checkout. 


Can I return items bought using the Holiday Bundle promo?

You can return single items in the bundle in exchange for store credit. To make a return, please follow this page here.

When is the return deadline? 

Return within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
