All you need to know if you're ordering during the holiday season:

 

DELIVERY

When's the cut off date to receive my order in time?

For a timely Christmas delivery before 24. December, place your order by:

  • 18. December midnight (CET) for Austria.
  • 17. December midnight (CET) for Germany, Italy, Czech Republic.
  • 16. December midnight (CET) for the rest of Europe, US, UK.
  • 13. December midnight (CET) for Asia & Australia. 

 

RETURNS

Is your return policy extended?

To allow you to give the essential gift with peace of mind, returns are possible until 7. January 2022 for orders placed between 23. November – 24. December 2021 online. If you’d like to make a return, please contact orders@essentialsforzula.com for the info and return form.

Please note that we do not refund products on sale.

 

EXCHANGE

Do you allow exchanges?

Unfortunately not at this time, but you can request a return and place another order, we'll reimburse you as soon as we can.

GIFT CARDS

I would like to purchase a gift card: what do you offer?

You can purchase an essentials for zula gift card on our website. A digital card with a unique code will be sent via email. Choose your preferred amount between 25-200 euros. Thoughtfully print it out and place it under the tree or send it via email.

How to redeem it?

  • The card includes one code
  • Use it online at check out
  • The code can be used several times and can be combined with another form of payment
