The Job

We are looking for someone who is excited by the opportunity to take ESSENTIALS FOR ZULA's social media platforms to the next level. You will be heading social media and creating content yourself and working with digital creators to ensure the organic growth and scaling of our social media platforms including but not limited to, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest, and nurturing relationships with our current client base. The position is Europe-based, moving between our studio, your home and different shooting locations for content creation and management. You will be expected to regularly travel for work. This is a freelance position.

 

The ideal candidate not only loves fashion, but is also obsessed with crunching numbers, and has a wealth of marketing insights. You will work closely with the founder, to develop a high-level social media strategy whilst aligning with the brand aesthetics and identity to bring ESSENTIALS FOR ZULA to life digitally and spread the word.

Scope/Responsibilities:

  • Work 2-3 days a week
  • Social Media Strategy
  • Full brand implementation (incl. but not limited to TikTok, Instagram and Pinterest)
  • 360 content creation - TikTok, Instagram and Pinterest
  • Curation of feed
  • Feed posting schedule
  • Story creation and planning
  • Graphic design for all stories, video and image content
  • Videography and editing (all for social)
  • Image editing (all for social)
  • Partnership collaboration strategy, blogger relations (giveaway, exchange of merchandising for styling, reel takeovers, IGTV etc.)
  • Organic outreach to influencers, press and brands
  • KPI analysis with recommendations for the following month
  • An in-depth analysis of data provided per social media platform
  • Targeted artistic director per-platform
  • Market insights (connection to industry insiders to ensure you are always up to date on trends, algorithm changes)
  • Community management, replying to messages and comments
  • Influencer strategy
  • Influencer collaboration program (UTMs, tracked link, when they post, when they don’t)
  • Creating creative briefs: benchmarks with trends, mood boards, asset deliverables for influencers
  • Support the founder with all things digital content

 

What you’ll need

  • Based in Europe and open to travel to shooting locations and Vienna regularly
  • Be a proven creator with a high-level understanding of Instagram, Tiktok and Pinterest (sounds, challenges and editing techniques etc.), in-app features, and how to optimize content for platforms and algorithms
  • Have a strong PR network in Europe
  • Access to social media measurement and management tools and platforms
  • Strong network of marketing insights (IG, META, Tiktok or pinterest)
  • Understands and has the ability to speak to and report on TikTok, Instagram and Pinterest’s KPIs and metrics
  • A good knowledge or experience in copywriting for social media (English). Deep knowledge of hashtag and engagement strategy
  • A driver's license and your own car
  • Software, digital work equipment, photoshoot equipment for social media content
  • Strong working proficiency in English
  • Highly interested in styling and fashion
  • Goal-oriented, results-driven
  • Excellent ability to work independently but also collaboratively
  • Able to take concept from pitch to execution
